3.1 Subject to paragraph 1 above, in relation to the use of Cookies, Planet Netball may use Data to monitor this Website's usage by the User to help Planet Netball develop the Website and Planet Netball's Services from time to time. 3.3 All Members of this Website will subscribe to receive our newsletter and information in relation to occasional special offers by 'opting in' during the Registration process. If the Member would rather not receive this information, after Registration the Member can 'opt out' by changing the setting in the Member's Account.

4. The Data Protection Principles

For the avoidance of doubt, Planet Netball will only use the Data in accordance with the Eight Data Protection Principles as listed below:
